Terms and Conditions

Below you will find information about ordering, shipping, delivery prices, and the delivery conditions at Sedas Plantekøkken.

 

Ordering

Orders are made through our website https://www.sedasplantekokken.dk

  1. Select the items and quantity you want to order and place them in the shopping cart
  2. In the shopping basket, you will see an overview of your selected products. Here you can also add a discount coupon and check the delivery price to your city. Enter the city and/or postcode and click on “Update” to have the price calculated.
  3. You can choose to pay with Google Pay, or click on “Go to checkout” to choose payment by payment card via Stripe (see section “Payment” to see which cards are accepted).
  4. Enter your information, double-check your order, select the delivery type (remember that you can pick up in Odense), and accept our terms and conditions.
  5. Finally,  confirm your order by paying.
  6. When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Your order will now be prepared and sent to you soon.

Sedas Plantekøkken reserves the right for sold out/discontinued products.

 

Editing of order

You can always edit your order by going back to the shopping cart. Remove products you do not want to order by clicking the “X” button next to the product. Add new products by navigating back to “Shop” and adding them to the cart. The shopping cart will remember your changes while navigating elsewhere on our website. Once you have finished editing, complete the ordering process as described earlier under “Ordering”. Once your order has been completed, the payment has been approved, and you have received an order confirmation email, you are bound by your order (however, see more info under “right of withdrawal”).

 

Payment and Prices

Sedas Plantekøkken accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. The payment will be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) (prices include VAT and charges). We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right  for typographical errors, price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Coupons and gift codes

A maximum of one coupon can be used per order, unless otherwise described in the specific campaign.

Any attempt to circumvent this, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Coupons must be added before completing payment on the “Shopping Cart” page. Coupons distributed without written approval from Sedas Plantekøkken, e.g. on social media, are not valid and can be rejected or canceled.

Delivery

Sedas Plantekøkken strives to ship orders within 2-4 working days. Your goods are sent with DAO, Post Nord or GLS. We ship across Denmark, except for non-bridge fixed islands. We do not deliver abroad, to Greenland or the Faroe Islands. The shipping price depends on the address to which the order must be sent. You can see an overview below:

Delivery to Odense:

  • Collect for free from the production place in Odense
  • Addresses in Odense C (postcode 5000): DKK 39*
  • Addresses outside Odense C (all places that do not have postcode 5000): DKK 49*

*There is free delivery for orders over DKK 399.

Collect for free from the production place:

The collection point is Dalumvej 3, 5250 Odense SV (Café L’Île). You can pick your products up during Café L’Île‘s opening hours when your package is ready for you. You will receive an email following your order.

Delivery to cities outside Odense:

  • Package shop: DKK 49
  • Home address: DKK 69

When picking Home delivery our delivery partner will deliver the products to your front door and hand them over to you. The parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop or similar delivery point if no one is home. If there is no room at the delivery point, the goods will be delivered to the next-closest delivery point, which you will be notified about. If you experience problems or have other questions regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service.

Right of complaint

Should there be something wrong with your order (e.g.  missing or damaged products), please contact us as soon as possible (at the latest within 48 hours of receipt) at hej@sedasplantekokken.dk. Please include a short description and picture (or pictures) of the error, as well as your order number. Depending on the specific situation, you can get the item exchanged, money returned or the price reduced. However, the complaint only applies if it is a justified complaint and the defect in the product has not arisen as a result of wear, incorrect use or other behavior that has caused damage to the product. If you do not like the taste of the ordered product, it is not a valid reason for a complaint.

Right of withdrawal

Regarding the Consumer Contracts Act, there is no right of withdrawal when buying food and other goods for the household’s ongoing consumption. You can read more about the rights of withdrawal for online purchases on the public consumer portal.

Should you regret your purchase, you can contact our support team and discuss your specific situation and why you regret your purchase. In individual cases it can be assessed that a cancellation of your order and a refund of the purchase amount is appropriate.
